Process

Inspired by traditional floral ornamentation, the collection transforms real plants into structural elements rather than mere decoration. A load-bearing structure, formed by hand using welded steel, evokes organic shapes and ornate antique furnishings. The collection allows for opposing processes to occur: the sculptures either reveal the botanical matter, allowing for its natural transformation, or permanently preserve exotic foliage through zinc or bronze thermo-coating.
