NOT1802

The installation was presented within a year-long series of exhibitions organised by the Jerwood Foundation, and recreated for ‘Design Sediments’ exhibition in Huidenclub, Rotterdam, in 2024. An assemblage of Perishable Pieces, whose shapes reference domestic items and architectural forms at different stages of decay was juxtaposed with corroding, rusting, and crumbling discarded metal objects as well as elements representing our material realm and philosophy based on the interrogation of ephemerality on the spectrum between preservation and decay.
